We design and manufacturetechnical products in rubber with the client’s involvement throughout every step of the development process for new products. We are specialists in vulcanising elastomers and silicone, also strengthened with supports, especially with metal.
We machine cut seals or particular plans and precision works on vulcanised elements (adjustment and laser cutting).

ANTI-VIBRATION CYLINDERS, SILENT BLOCKS, ANTI-VIBRATION PLATES
Anti-vibration products and plates in vulcanised elastomer on plastic and metallic supports like iron, steel, aluminium and stainless steel. We can provide an entire range of standard products and a huge quantity of specialised products for various application sectors. We provide research support and assist throughout the realisation process for new anti-vibration products.
DRIVE, GUIDE AND CONTROL WHEELS
The wheels sector has always kept us busy with providing the best quality products to the client: we are constantly on the look-out for ways to improve our compounds and metal inserts to improve durability and increase the production speed of the end products. We create wheels with metal inserts either provided by the client or manufactured in-house by us.
BELLOWS AND DUST SEALS
Since the 70s Special Rubber has been designing and manufacturing bellows and dust seals for the automotive sector, the nautical sector, for wood and glass processing machinery and for the protection of any moving or connector parts.
SOLES AND ITEMS FOR THE SHOEMAKING INDUSTRY
We mould soles, half soles, hulls, shells and toe caps for the shoemaking.
PRODUCTS IN SILICONE
We manufacture products in silicone and silicone strengthened with metals for all uses which require resistance to temperatures of up to 330°C. We have compounds suitable for the food, medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
AEROSPACE
Special Rubber designs and manufactures technical articles in rubber and silicone with specific certifications for the aerospace industry, following the customer in all phases and with the experience of those who have been in the sector for 50 years.
